Retro is an upcoming Indian Tamil romantic action film. Karthik Subbaraj wrote and directed the film, which stars Suriya and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. Jayaram, Joju George, Karunakaran, Nasar, Prakash Raj, Sujeet Shankar, Prem Kumar, Ramachandran Durairaj, Remya Suresh, and George Maryan appear in supporting roles. Stone Bench Creations and 2D Entertainment produced the movie.

The story of Retro revolves around a gangster who desires a peaceful life away from violence. In the movie, Surya plays a dual role as both a fearsome gangster and a loving husband. The story depicts both the criminal and loving aspects of his life.

Retro will be released in theaters worldwide on May 1, 2025. The official teaser of the movie was released in December 2024 and generated significant excitement among the audience.
